Detailed description of how our service works

Register and our system will assign you your own UK address for free. Registration is easy and doesn’t take more than 2 minutes. The assigned address is the address of our warehouse and every customer gets their unique number together with the registration. This number helps us identify the recipient of individual parcels. You must quote this number in the address with each of your purchases. Without it we will not be able to allocate the purchase to the right customer.

Time to shop! From now on, you can use your new address. There are roughly 150 000 e-shops in the UK, including giants like www.amazon.com or www.eBay.co.uk. It does not matter if the e-shop only sends the goods within the UK or if it only accepts card issued in UK. .

It is important to give your new address and your unique number as your shipping address. However, always use the address that your card or your PayPal account is registered to as your billing address. The option of cash on delivery almost does not exist in the UK, so every purchase has to be paid for in advance. Many e-shops offer free delivery within the UK, or for a small fee, and it usualy does not take longer than 2-3 days. Delivery on the next working day is common and is starting to become standard practice.

We advise you to familiarise yourself with items that may not be shipped to your country before you place your order.

As soon as your purchase arrives at our (your) address, we will add all the details about the parcel to your account and inform you by email. The details that we add to the account are: sender (where provided), weight and type of parcel. If you wish, you can request additional services with your account, i.e.: checking the contents of your parcel, photo-documentation of the purchase, or the return of the parcel back to the e-shop.

In some cases, we can decide to check the contents of the parcel and if it includes prohibited items or items that are not allowed to be shipped to your country due to security risks, we will contact you. It is your responsibility to make sure the parcel does not include items that are prohibited.

Please note that we cannot accept letter correspondence for you and any letters will be shredded immediately.

Our service is intended for shopping in e-shops in the UK. We do not accept any parcels from e-shops outside the UK. Parcels originating from China, Hong Kong, Singapore , the USA or other countries will not be accepted from the delivering courier. If this kind of parcel has already been delivered, via the British postal service, for example, where we receive parcels in bulk and we do not have the option to reject it, we will inform you and the package will either be returned to the e-shop at your expense or destroyed.

It is up to you whether you wish to resend your purchase home immediately or wait until more purchases are received (if ordered). We can bind your packages together into one parcel, so you can save money on shipping costs. You can store your purchases for free for up to 30 days. After this time, we will begin charging a storage fee. If you do not forward purchases by 90 days from when they arrived at the warehouse, we will regard this as your disinterest in the purchase and as an expression of consent to the transfer of ownership to us. The purchase will be put up for auction and the proceeds used as compensation of costs associated with storage at our warehouse.

Consolidated (combined) parcels must be paid for and forwarded by 10 days from being challenged. After this time, the parcels will be returned to the warehouse and you will be charged for the cancelled consolidation.

We send parcels to your specified address either as standard shipping via one of courier companies like DPD, ParcelForce, UK Mail and others, or as economy shipping via one of the low-cost courier companies. Parcels with standard shipping are sent every day and parcels with economy shipping once a week. With both options, you can track your parcels throughout the shipping processs. Parcel insurance is included in the shipping costs and you can find out the insurance rate as soon as you select the shipping method. We will notify you by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. The usual delivery time is between 1 to 4 working days.
