How to pay for our services

Bank transfer - we have opened bank accounts in the currencies GBP, EUR and CZK.
- GBP account - account held in Great Britain. An inland transfer usually does not take more than 2 hours. An international transfer could take 1 to 4 working days. All bank fees are paid by the sender (code OUR). The parcel will only be sent after the funds are credited to our account TO THE FULL AMOUNT.
- EUR account - the account is held in the Slovak Republic. The exchange rate for calculation from the GBP currency to the EUR currency is the current exchange rate declared by the European Central Bank increased by 6.5%. This increase covers volatility in the exchange rate and the transfer of funds back to the UK. The transfer from your EUR account to our EUR account may take 1 to 3 working days. An international transfer may take longer. The parcel will be sent only once the funds are credited to our account.
- CZK account - the account is held in the Czech Republic. The exchange rate for conversion from the GBP currency to the CZK currency is the current exchange rate of the European Central Bank increased by 6.5%. This increase covers volatility in the exchange rate and the transfer of funds back to the UK. The transfer from your CZK account to our CZK account may take 1 to 3 working days. An international transfer may take longer. The parcel will be sent only once the funds are credited to our account.

Payment is credited immediately after being made, which is why this method is suitable if you want the parcel to be sent as soon as possible.
Payment card - for receipt of payments via payment cards, we use the PayPal system, which lets the customer make payments even without being registered with PayPal.
